Residential Network Systems RNS was launched in 1992 by Real Estate Agents for Real Estate Agents. Being completely autonomous and controlled solely by it's shareholders, its is unlike other network systems which are owned, financed and controlled by non- participating financial institutions. RSN has a well established and reputable brand name in the property industry. The newly elected board has reviewed the companies activities based on future growth and global trends and has developed a new vision focusing on the following objectives:
- To broaden its earnings base by expanding into other areas locally and nationally.
- To broaden and improve critical mass in other areas.
- To market the proven RNS technology.
- To exploit potential natural synergy's already existing in the property and related market
- To retain and strengthen unity and independence for all its members.
RNS currently operates in Kempton Park, Boksburg, Benoni and Brakpan with a membership of close to 100 member firms and 600 agents. RNS has opted to broaden its membership base and will be expanding its activities into other areas on a national basis.
Technology, wholly owned and developed by RNS affords its members, on a national basis, to properties and refer purchases via the Internet at the cost of a local call. In its continuous drive for perfection, currently utilizes the most modern property computer software available in the world designed by RNS for South African industry conditions.
RNS is the leading, proven property networking system in South Africa, with a well established and enforceable code of conduct, high ethical standards and procedures. Disputes, although limited, between members are settled in-house as expeditiously as possible, by mediation therefore retaining unity and co-operation between its members.
RNS is the only networking system in South Africa that awards periodical incentives to its shareholders and property consultants, increasing the already achieved high level of performance, standards and cohesive strength.
